Your Appointment
Thank you for booking with Clinic 22. We are looking forward to welcoming you into the clinic.
As we have two clinics and multiple practitioners, please ensure you have booked the right location (Kilmarnock or Saltcoats) and the correct injector before your appointment. You will find this information on your booking confirmation email.
Please carefully read through your confirmation email to ensure you are prepared for your appointment and have all the information you need.
Please arrive at the clinic a few minutes before your appointment.
Our Clinics
Kilmarnock Patients
The address is 32A Grange Street, KA1 2DD. On-street parking and public car parks are dotted around the clinic (please pop a ticket on your car to avoid parking fines). The train and bus stations are also just a short walk from the clinic.
Saltcoats Patients
The address is 43 Ardrossan Rd, KA21 5BS, and there is a private car park for clients. We are upstairs within the building. Please take a seat in the reception area, and your practitioner will welcome you when they are ready.
Your Appointment
It helps us if you attend your appointment:
- With no makeup on (we understand this isn't always possible however it may need to be removed at your appointment)
- Please try to arrive alone or with only one other if you feel support is needed
- Please avoid consuming alcohol 24 hours before your appointment. This will help reduce your risk of bruising
- Please ensure you have eaten something before your appointment
- You do not need to stop taking any of your medications unless advised directly by our practitioners. We will never ask you to stop medical treatment for a cosmetic procedure
- Unfortunately, our regulators Healthcare Improvement Scotland do not allow us to accommodate dogs or children under the age of 16 within either clinic under for support purposes
Rescheduling/Cancelling Your Appointment
We understand on occasion, you may have to reschedule your appointment. Please familiarise yourself with the clinic cancellation policy which can be found on your confirmation email. With 48 hours’ notice, we can move your appointment with no further deposit required. All treatment costs and deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
We accept both cash and card in the clinic and accept all major debit/credit card providers.
