As we operate across two locations, Kilmarnock and Saltcoats, with multiple practitioners, please ensure you have selected the correct clinic and injector for your appointment. This information can be found in your booking confirmation email.
Please read your confirmation email carefully to ensure you are fully prepared and have all relevant appointment information.
We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Our Clinics
Kilmarnock Patients
Our Kilmarnock clinic is located at 10 Bellsland Drive, Kilmarnock, KA1 4BB. On-street parking and public car parks are available nearby. Please ensure a valid parking ticket is displayed where required to avoid parking fines. Both the train and bus stations are also within a short walking distance of the clinic.
Saltcoats Patients
Our Saltcoats clinic is located at 43 Ardrossan Road, Saltcoats, KA21 5BS. Private parking is available on site for clients. The clinic is located upstairs within the building. Please take a seat in the reception area upon arrival, and your practitioner will welcome you when they are ready.
Before Your Appointment
Please attend your appointment with no makeup where possible, although we understand this may not always be practical and makeup may need to be removed before treatment.
We kindly ask that you arrive alone unless support is required, in which case one accompanying person may attend with you.
Please avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment, as this may increase the risk of bruising, and ensure you have eaten beforehand.
You do not need to stop any prescribed medication unless specifically advised by one of our practitioners. We will never ask you to discontinue medical treatment for a cosmetic procedure.
In accordance with Healthcare Improvement Scotland regulations, we are unable to accommodate dogs or children under the age of 16 within either clinic for support purposes.
Rescheduling / Cancelling Your Appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please refer to the cancellation policy in your confirmation email. With 48 hours’ notice, appointments can be moved without requiring an additional deposit. Please note that all deposits and treatment costs are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
We accept both cash and card in clinic, including all major debit and credit card providers.
