They handled everything, including management, HR, clinical governance, finance, front of house, marketing, and cleaning. Their energy was stretched thin, making growth a challenge.
Fast forward to today, and Clinic 22 has evolved into one strong team: Team 22. The clinic now boasts 2 advanced nurse prescribers, 2 medical aesthetic practitioners, a laser therapist, a clinical governance officer,Patient Journey Coordinator and a soon-to-be-introduced clinic manager.
None of this growth would be possible without the continued support from everyone involved. The clinic is committed to improving every aspect of its operations every single day. With these specialised team members, the clinic’s growth and the services it can offer are set to skyrocket.
