You Said, We Did

You Said, We Did

Improvements we’ve made in response to patient feedback

At Clinic 22, patient feedback is a key part of how we grow and improve. Every suggestion is considered carefully, and wherever possible, we take action to enhance your experience. Here’s an overview of some of the changes we’ve made—and some that are in progress—based on recent patient feedback.

“I couldn’t find much information about your laser services.”

Action Taken: We’ve added a comprehensive laser treatment guide to our website, including videos explaining the process, benefits, and what to expect.
Next Steps: In-clinic laser treatment handouts are currently in development and will be available by May 2025

“I found the stairs difficult after an injury.”

Action Taken: Our new clinic (currently under construction) will include a ground-floor treatment room to ensure accessibility for all patients.
Planned Completion:June 2025, with our full relocation to the new Kilmarnock site.

“I was told to see my GP before having a mole checked, but I wanted to do it here.”

Action Taken: We’ve introduced a new AI mole mapping and skin checking service at Clinic 22.
Additional Improvements:

  • We’ve partnered with a private dermatologist for quick referrals when needed.
  • Our team is undertaking a Diploma in Dermatology to expand in-house services.
  • We’re also working on establishing a direct referral pathway to NHS dermatology, where clinically appropriate.

“I’m allergic to lilies in the clinic.”

Action Taken: We’ve replaced all fresh lilies with artificial flowers to prevent allergic reactions and ensure a more comfortable environment for all patients.

Planned Improvements for the Next Quarter

We are continuing to make enhancements based on patient needs and feedback, including:

Improved Parking

  • Our new clinic will include dedicated patient parking, addressing one of the most common concerns we hear.

Health Panel Blood Testing

  • From May 2025, we will offer routine blood testing to support a more proactive, preventative approach to health.

Holistic Wellbeing Services

  • We are introducing new practitioners to support mental and physical wellbeing, including a Confidence Coach and a Menopause Specialist

Continuing the Conversation

We review all patient feedback monthly and conduct a full quality improvement review each quarter. Your input is a valued part of this process. If you have any suggestions, please speak to a member of the team, leave a review, or complete our monthly patient participation form.
